319149507a Fixed time and space usage in cases where entity references

	* xml/xml-parse.lisp (P/CONTENT): Removed useless call to append.
	Use loop instead of tail recursion.

fb9a2fa002 SCL support (thanks to Douglas Crosher). Includes support for 
implementations where URIs are valid namestrings, and a mode
        where normal streams are used instead of xstreams and ystreams
        (albeit both SCL-specific at this point).

487338d20e Hmm. Auf U+ffff und dergleichen wurde durch data-rune-p geprueft, 
das aber eben nicht ueberall benutzt wurde.  Ich habe die Pruefung
jetzt mal direkt im Decoding eingebaut.
